Spot-on! It's such an easy thing to ignore when I'm up in my head - and it's never been wrong. It's interesting - the solar plexus chakra is right in that area, and that's the one that's supposed to govern our will/judgment. Best guidepost there is!

Great post! This is SO true. My husband and I were in Arizona, many years ago, at a training session for a new franchise we were considering buying. I had this feeling we shouldn't do it, but my husband was so excited about it that I ignored my hunch, and gave a thumbs up. It's the only business we ever had that was a total disaster financially. We lost our proverbial shirts. Later on, he said, "Why didn't you SAY something?" Good question.

Good thoughts, Kelly. I taught a class for years called SALT - Seven Areas of Life Training. One of the cornerstones of the class was that we do not have the right to judge or set standards for others, or even for ourselves. That right belongs to God alone, and He will not share that with us. When we take over for Him (as we almost always do in some way or another), it brings great harm to us and those around us. It puts us in a jail cell...with us inside holding the key.
Keep up the good work.
Hugs,
Jeanne

Kelly,
I totally agree that your emotions are your inner guidance system. The more we use them, the more we can trust that they are right.
I've even supported my daughter (age 12) to trust her 'feelings', especially around new people.
She had an experience with a new adult a few months back, she said "I don't know what it was mum, I just didn't feel comfortable around this person".
Wow! What a great indicator that something wasn't OK.
We have since met this person and totally agree with her initial reaction. This person isn't giving out the positive vibes that she needs to be around. I can't explain why, but I just 'got a feeling' too - LOL.
And we were proved right!!
Thanks for a great post
much love

Great article - you're so right that we don't always pay attention to our inner guide, when we should!

I'm offended that you used the word "Word"! :-)

I usually use Universe, even though that, really, is a limited infinity as opposed to God, which is an infinite infinity. Huh? I may have to expand on that sometime on my other blog.

Good work getting this up and running!
